WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
The minimum order amount is 12 pieces
WHAT TYPE OF FILE ARE NEEDED?
We accept jpeg, png, pdf, eps and ai files.
The higher the quality raster image (jpeg,png) the better quality the embroidery.
WHAT IS THE Embroidery TURN-AROUND TIME?
Typical turn around time is about 2 weeks from the time your proof is confirmed
and your deposit is received. IN A RUSH?

Orders with over 10,000 stitches or orders with multiple customization's may require additional production time, depending on how many pieces are in your order
HOW MUCH IS YOUR DIGITIZING FEE?
We have a $45.00 digitizing fee per image (excluding names)
CAN I GET HATS AND SHIRT EMBROIDERED WITH MY LOGO?
Yes we can but there is an additional digitizing fee of $25.00. The digitized file must be setup to sew on
caps and flats(shirts).
CAN I GET DIFFERENT TYPES OF SHIRTS EMBROIDERED
Yes you can but there may be an additional digitizing fee. Different types of materials require
different digitizing setup. This is not always the case!
HOW MANY COLORS CAN BE IN MY LOGO?
You can have up to 12 colors in your logo!
CAN I BRING MY OWN ITEMS IN TO BE EMBROIDERED?
Yes you may bring in your own items to be embroidered. However we will not replace your item
should a mis-stitching occur.
(We do not stitch/sew on patches or stitch on leather or denim)
Also, if you are bringing in different materials, your embroidery may not look as good on the different items unless you get the embroidery digitized for the different materials. An example of this is a thinner shirt needs to have less stitch density than a thicker sweatshirt. The thicker the item, the higher the stitch density needs to be.
